One Hundred Pushups

I started the One Hundred Pushup program back in June and finished it by the end of July. I went from being able to do 60 consecutive pushups to 80 at the end. If I kept up the pushups I could maybe have made it to 100 after a few more weeks, but I would have had to really work at it. As it is right now, I think I could maybe do 65 to 70.

While I think the program was interesting thing to try, I think the goal is out of reach for most people. I also think it is potentially bad for some people to try and follow the program. I know someone folks experienced pain in their shoulders, I felt a little myself at one point, and think it is possible to injure yourself.

Oh hlyne, I think you could do 100 easily. No pain, no gain! =P
