Pinot Progress

I met with my cousin Bryan last night and tasted a few glasses of my wine. It is tasting pretty good, but definitely not ready yet. As he put it it still needs to integrate. All the pieces are there; nice tannins, body and fruit, they just don't blend together perfectly yet. I should be able to bottle it by the end of the summer, but pretty soon I need to figure out if I'm going to make more wine this year. Time to get in touch with the vineyard owner and see if I can get any grapes.
