Amazon Fails

I ordered a new phone and Verizon call plan from Amazon on may 11th and it was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 weeks. 6 weeks later I'm still waiting. They have pushed the delivery back 3 times now, with the latest estimate being June 9th. This is where this massive online retailer fails, it can't tell me when it will deliver what I ordered or offer me any guarantee or assurances.
