I went back to Fight and Fitness again tonight and signed up for a month. In tonight's muay thai class I got to work with everyone else and it took me awhile to get the combination drills down. I'm not used to working combinations that go past three or four movements, these were made up of about fifteen movements. When we added kicking in to our combinations I really started to tire fast. I also discovered that holding the pads for kicking can really work your arms. I felt really worked after the hour was up, felt good.
