First Friday Fight Night

This evening I'm off to Dragon's Den in Union City for their open sparring night. They host this on the first friday of every month. My first visit was in january of this year, that's when I got my first black eye since taking up martial arts a few years ago. I've learned a bunch about sparring this year, so I'm hoping I can end the year in better shape than I started it.
