I got about 5 good hours of sleep last night. I made a point to exercise and clean at home last night, in an effort to make me physically tired. I went to sleep okay, but then woke at 5am slightly congested and didn't get back into a good sleep after that. I've had problems with sleep the last 3 nights, it's really annoying.
Today I'm quite cranky. I'm trying to focus on getting things done.
