Mobile Phone

Dear Lazyweb,

I'm looking for recommendations on a mobile/cellular phone. I've been looking around for quite some time and nothing seems to fit my expectations perfectly.

What I would like, in order of importance:
- Good coverage, I hate not having reception.
- Good phone quality, the ability to hear and be heard.
- Full Qwerty keyboard.
- A camera that takes decent quality photos.
- Decent web browser.
- Email and IM.

The LG enV is my top choice at the moment, but I've heard reports of poor call quality. Also, the verizon web browser seems to suck.

The Samsung SCH-u740 looks promising, but I have yet to get my hands on one and see how it feels to use it.

Sidekicks are cool(they used to be cooler) but there's no way I'm signing up with T-Mobile.

Any other suggestions?

I like my Nokia E70, but they're still a bit pricey. It's only tri-band, so one has to choose between good coverage in the US and good coverage in Europe. It fits your requirements, I think, depending on your definition of "decent quality photos" (2 megapixels but no flash; not going to replace a real camera).

My Samsung sgh-d807 has a shitty browser too, I use http://www.operamini.com/ instead and it rocks.

So you were able to install and use a different browser?

Yeah it's a littla java ap, and it stuck it in the Games dir, but it works just fine. Only used the shitty browser once, and that was to download it :)
