Tui Na

Yesterday I got a Tui Na massage from a practitioner named Anita, my first time trying it. She really likes to work on tendons, and it hurt quite a bit at times. It is also about getting your chi flowing and dissolving blockages, something I know little about but am starting to appreciate more.

I went to get this massage because I had hurt my back, pulled muscles or tendons, and I just wanted to heal as fast as possible. The work on my back was painful at times, but afterwards my spine felt great. Today I can feel aches where Anita had done the most vigorous work, but all in all I feel better.
